RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Please note that due to the made-to-order nature of our products and them being created just for you, but also that we do not carry a stock or inventory in our studio, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, nor offer refunds. Should your order arrive damaged or defective however, you can contact us directly at designingscarlett@gmail.com, and a duplicate will be issued free of charge upon receipt of photos demonstrating the damage incurred or said defect. We thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that orders automatically enter into production once placed. We therefor cannot accept cancellations. Kindly contact us at designingscarlett@gmail.com with any questions or concerns you may have BEFORE before completing your purchase.
